Balance Transfer Fee
A fee that might be charged when you transfer a credit card balance from 'Credit Card A' to 'Credit Card B'. This fee can be anywhere from 1 percent to 5 percent of the balance amount. The fee may or may not have a cap -- in other words, a maximum amount. Contact the credit card issuer for their specific fees.
