Cash advance fee is the fee happens when the cahs advance.Every time you use your credit card to make a cash advance or ATM withdrawal you also get a 'Cash Advance Fee'. A Cash Advance Fee of "3% (min $10)" means that your fee will be 3% of the amount of the cash advance, but never less than $10.
